Life transitions are inevitable.
Navigating them can be easier.
As a psychotherapist for individuals, collaborative divorce coach and co-parenting facilitator in Fairfield County, CT,
I help adults explore solutions to life’s transitions in an empathetic, nurturing and safe environment.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I am offering appointments in person and teletherapy online by video call. Teletherapy is covered by insurance.

Individual Psychotherapy
Together, we will gently explore your feelings in a secure, non-judgmental environment.
As we work together, you will:
- Understand your feelings and how they impact your choices.
- Gain greater self-esteem and empowerment.
- Manage anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss.
- Develop strategies to help you live a more fulfilling life.

Collaborative Divorce Coaching
Working alongside other members of the collaborative divorce team including attorneys, financial professionals and mediators, I can help to bypass emotional impasses stalling the divorce process and to ensure that everyone’s needs are met as efficiently as possible.
As we work together during the divorce process, each spouse will:
- Communicate and make sound decisions, void of negative energy to move the process along quickly.
- Effectively resolve conflict while preserving good will.
- Ensure that your children are protected from the negative impacts of divorce.
- Create the healthiest long-term outcome for everyone involved.

Co-Parenting Facilitation
As a Co-Parenting Facilitator, I’m a neutral third party who can help you stay focused on what’s most important for your children, regardless of how you feel about your ex.
As we work together, you will:
- Spend less time in court.
- Learn to set up parenting plans, holiday schedules, child support, maintenance, alimony and more.
- Protect the emotional health of your children.
- Reduce stress and have more time to focus on you and your children.
- Respectfully and peacefully co-parent your children with your ex.
- Effectively resolve conflict while preserving good will.
- Develop plans for blended and extended families.

Working through what’s challenging to you and feeling good about the life changes that you are making doesn’t have a prescribed timeline. When it’s time to end therapy, you’ll feel it and know it.
What is Collaborative Divorce?
Collaborative Divorce is non-adversarial, out of court process that offers divorcing couples the opportunity to maintain control over the restructuring of their family. Spouses hire specially trained attorneys, and mental health and financial professionals to help them peacefully transition their lives together into two separate households. The process is based on transparency, compromise, cooperation, compassion, integrity, and a commitment to stay out of court.
Is Collaborative Divorce Coaching covered by insurance?
No, it is not.
How long is the Co-parenting session?
Co-parenting sessions are one (1) hour long. An average of 6-8 sessions are recommended.
Do you work with blended families going through remarriage?
Yes. Remarriage and blending families is a family transition that can be stressful to families. With clear communication and a plan, we are often able to avoid family drama and make smooth transitions.
